Returns/Exchanges
Incorrect item:
If you receive an incorrect item please email me within 3 days of package arriving. I will ask you to return the item at my expense. Once received, the correct item will be sent. Emails after 3 days will not be accepted.
Damages:
Damaged items must be brought to my attention within 3 days of shipment date. A clear photo of the damage needs to be sent to me through the refund portal. The item will then be remade. If the item cannot be remade then a credit or exchange can be given.
Refunds:
No refunds are given. Credits will only be given for damaged items. You cannot request a refund on an item that you have not received yet. For example, if you preorder an item, you will not be refunded unless you receive it and it is damaged.
If your package is lost in the mail, please Contact the post office. If you did not purchase insurance, I am not responsible for missing packages in the mail. Insurance is offered on all packages by emailing me.
Loyalty Program
You can earn points on all your purchases & redeem them for discounts! You must be logged into your customer account during checkout to earn points.
I am not responsible if you checkout without logging in that results in not gaining points and will not be manually entering points at this time.
